Our Mission
We live in a world of great demands and expectations and most of the time we are able to meet those demands. However, there comes a time when we need help - a time when we need to tell someone our stories, our imperfections and suffering. We will listen carefully and give you guidance.
Christian Danis is passionate about his profession and will work in order to help you in whatever way possible. YYC Therapy is a place for you to be yourself, there is no judgement when you walk through our doors. As a Generalist, he has worked on a wide variety of issues utilizing a broad spectrum of therapeutic methods.

We believe in taking a client-centred approach to counseling, where we work collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment.
Christian has over 20 years of experience working as a counsellor in a large variety of settings. He has practiced in shelters for teenagers, aboriginal schools, hospitals, corporate employee assistance programs and private practice.
Christian is a Registered Psychologist, a Certified PTSD Therapist, offering Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

If you live in the metro area, you can stop by one of our two centralized offices for a health and wellness appointments. However, if commuting is a barrier to our services, we offer a wide range of flexible ways to connect. Screen time, texting and phone calls are a few ways to deliver therapy when and where you need it.
